Preparation steps

 
1> Time: 3 – 4 minutes (for 30g – 45g)
 
2> Ratio: 1/10 – 1/12 (1g coffee 10ml – 12ml water)
 
3> Grinding degree: Medium-Fine (Grind as fine as a filter)
 
4> Temperature: 90 – 92 degrees Celsius
 
5> Roasting degree: Light Medium (From the end of Crack 1 to before Crack 2)
 
6> Brewing: 30g with a ratio of 1/10

Step 1: First, soak the coffee filter in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then place it neatly in the funnel
 
Step 2: Carefully pour the required amount of boiling water into the spherical container (about 300ml)
 
Step 3: Grind about 30g of coffee and pour the coffee into the funnel. The coffee powder should be a little fine, like a filter
 
Step 4: Carefully insert the funnel into the spherical container, then place the stove below as shown, or use a halogen stove
 
Step 5: Turn on the stove to boil the water. The boiling water will evaporate, and the steam will permeate the coffee in the funnel
 
Step 6: When the water has completely evaporated, continue to leave the stove like that for 10 seconds, use a bamboo chopstick to stir in a circular motion, then turn off the stove and wait for the coffee to flow back down to the container
